Vidoll's new release. Maimu.
When i watched the pv, the first thing i thought was.. jui's dancing is just like a double speed version of blue star!! it was slightly ridiculous looking to be honest ^_^;; i'm sorry jui~
BUT! Anyway. The PV was pretty.. not so spectacular.. but not bad i guess~ Although, it was jui being in the spotlight throughout the whole pv, and this time, he really was in a spotlight. ^_^;;
I enjoyed the song, especially the melodic guitar lines played by giru and shun~ Nothing especially great, but nice nonetheless. I quite liked the chorus, and jui's voice is always very nice to listen to!
Have you heard of Matenrou Opera?
Matenrou Opera (meaning "skyscraper opera") was formed in 2007. Musically, their style consists of the combination of beautiful melancholic melodies and hard-edged metal riffs.. seriously, they are so cool! I recommend checking them out~
I can't wait for their new single to be released on the 12th of December! That's in a few days~~~

And D'espairsRay recently released their single, HORIZON. The PV is not bad, and i quite like the song itself too! With this song, you can really feel how much despa's style has evolved over the years, or rather changed.. The sound has become somewhat more.. mainstream? I guess it's up to the preference of the listener to decide whether its good or bad.. I personally quite like the change. The second track of the single is Bullet. This song however brings back the feelings of the old despa, in my opinion. However, though more refined, and also featuring a bit of despa's new sound. I think it's interesting and also quite like this song. It's heavy and for me, quite reminiscent of their old days ^__^ The third track on the single was a classical white version of yami ni furu kiseki.. though i was interested to hear it at first, when i heard it i guess i was a bit disappointed. I found this version of the song a bit boring, and not anywhere near as beautiful as the original piece was.. =[

And lastly, i am looking forward to the release of vidoll's newest single "maimu". It comes out in a few days too~ (i think it was the 10th of december?? wait thats tomorrow isnt it =O) and will be released in 3 versions... theres a christmas version haha XD anyway, i am looking forward to this release, and i hope it doesnt let me down XD
edit: ah~ i made a mistake on the date of release for matenrou opera.. their new single LAST SCENE will be released on the 17th~ so thats a few more days of waiting =[ but, look forward to it!!
Hey I was watching the live for "Sister" by Vidoll, and realised how beautiful it was (not that I hadnt before) but felt I wanted to write about it...
For those who don't know, this song was written in memory of Jui (vocalist)'s younger sister, who had died. The lyrics are written by Jui, and show love and evidence of a good relationship between him and his sister. The lyrics are beautiful and full of emotion, that reaches out to you when you listen to it. Here is the translation of the lyrics i found a forum.. (sorry i dont know who to credit for them):

During
the live version of this song that I watched, Jui begins by talking
about his sister. He says that every year at his birthday, he would
receive a mail saying "though its rushed, happy birthday". It was from
his younger sister. And sometimes he would reply "thank you" and
sometimes he wouldnt, and she would say "I've received your love,
onii-chan." Then he says "please listen to this song, 'sister'." (The

Hey hey! I havnt posted much lately, that it will be hard to keep track of my recent music choices...(i dont have a clue whether my sentence actually made any sense.. but hopefully you will understand??).. anyway, my favourite band at the moment will HAVE to be d'espairs ray.. i am in love with them!! their music is just.. so overwhelming yet beautiful (although.. beautiful may not be the correct word for describing metal bands is it..? but their music is beautiful to me ^___^;;; ).. Their recent album "mirror" was awesome~

My favourite.. SQUALL (its a beautiful song with a beautiful pv to go with it.. and hizumi looks absolutely beautiful~ and hot~ but yea... thats not the point.. tsukasa looks pretty damn good too haha.. well the point was, i love this pv!!)
A new vidoll song i discovered is also pretty nice.. and damn jui's looks cool in white xD its a very nice song.. i loved it from the first time i listened to it ^___^.. but.. im not really sure what to say about it haha.. im not so obsessed with vidoll as i am with d'espa >____<;;; anyway, here:
